Effective October 1st 2022, Daniels Health began the transition to service and management of all Medigreen Waste Services’ medical waste contracts. After serving the Southeast for over a decade, Medigreen decided to expand their services and footprint through a partnership with Daniels Health.  Daniels Health is recognized for their service excellence within the acute and non-acute healthcare care arena.  Our Mutual commitment to you is first and foremost making the change as seamless as possible in a way that will elevate your customer experience.   • NEED A PICKUP?

    If you would like to schedule a pick-up or have questions about your regularly scheduled pick-ups, please call 800 652 9203 or

    SERVICE FREQUENCY CHANGES

    If you need to change the frequency of your service or make changes to your standard schedule, our customer excellence team will be able to help schedule this for you. Please call 800 652 9203 or e-mail [email protected]

  • PRICING & CONTRACT CHANGES

    Your current Medigreen contract terms and pricing will not be affected. If you would like a new contract with Daniels, our dedicated sales team will be able to talk you through options. Please call 407 378 1805 or e-mail [email protected] 

  • PAYING YOUR BILL

    All invoices will be issued via email by Daniels Health starting October 1. Get details on how to pay your bill here. If you have questions about your invoice, please call 888 952 5580, email [email protected]. 

  • LOCATING YOUR MANIFEST

    All manifests with service prior to Oct 1st 2022 can be accessed via Greentrack using your account login information. Following Oct 1st 2022 you will receive a physical manifest at time of service, should you need another copy please call 800 652 9203 or email [email protected].

    TRAINING AND EDUCATION

    Access your compliance trainings through the compliance portal link using your account login. To request additional credits or set up compliance training access email [email protected].
