HOW IT WORKS
- When activating a sharp, ensure it is in close proximity to a Secure a Sharp container
- Safely dispose of sharp into a Secure a Sharp container, ensuring your hand is outside of the container at all times
- When sharps reach the top of the label, its time to close the container and replace
- When the container is full, tighen cap securely to the locked position
- Safely dispose of locked container in a regulated medical waste bin or utilize the mailback program

How to Use Secure a Sharp
Step 1
When activating a sharp, ensure it is in close proximity to a Secure a Sharp container
Step 2
Safely dispose of sharp into a Secure a Sharp container, ensuring your hand is outside of the container at all times
Step 3
When sharps reach the top of the label, its time to close the container and replace. Tighten the cap securely to the left, aligning the traingle shape on the lid to the locked position.
Step 4
Safely dispose of locked container in a regulated medical waste bin or utilize the mailback program. Remember NO other items besides syringes should be disposed of in a Secure a Sharp container.
