Medical & Biohazardous Waste Disposal in Arlington

Now the largest suburb right in the middle of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the gorgeous city of Arlington has transformed from a farming and cotton-ginning center, to an eclectic, promising metropolis. Our team appreciates Arlington for offering a sense of community and adventure to professionals, sports fans and pleasure-seekers alike.

Now known as the “American Dream City,” Arlington is a diverse melting pot filled with a multitude of reasons that make us proud to call it home. With Six Flags Over Texas in their backyard, one simply can’t resist the thrill and excitement of the action-packed rollercoasters, and the wet and wild water rides! We also love to buy ourselves some peanuts and cracker jack at the iconic Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers Major League Baseball Franchise. Also home of The International Bowling Museum & Hall of Fame, where you can find out absolutely ANYTHING about bowling, Arlington leaves no pin unturned in terms of ways to have fun.

Arlington takes the same grand approach to top notch education and healthcare as it does recreation. We applaud the University of Texas Arlington’s medical program for their unwavering commitment to providing the best for patients and students. Ranked number one on the list of the Top 40 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Programs, this fine institution has a NCLEX-RN pass rate of an astonishing 94%! Just as the University of Texas Arlington is determined to train practical, efficient, and caring nurses, we work to give you the absolute best healthcare waste management.

Arlington Healthcare Waste Management with a difference.

Healthcare waste partnership for us does not begin and end with dropping off some medical waste bins and setting up a waste pickup service schedule. Healthcare waste can be complicated to navigate; knowing how to dispose of sharps correctly or how to correctly segregated medications and pharmaceuticals into a non-hazardous and hazardous waste stream and the compliance implications of each – we start with your facility, your waste volumes and your facilities logistics or storage needs and then work with you to ensure that we’re providing correct education, DOT training, right-sized medical waste and sharps containers, medical waste storage solutions and waste pickup frequencies that optimize your compliance protection and your costs.

Daniels Health leads the industry in safety-engineered medical waste bins and sharps containers; with inbuilt safety features including no-hands-access safety trays, permanent locking mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access to medications, leakproof seals and a clinically engineered design that brings a modern touch to every patient environment – our solutions bring a new level of clinical sophistication to the traditional “bag in a box” methods of RMW or red bag waste disposal. Furthermore, our sustainability results are industry-leading! Our local service capability in Texas ensures that we can deliver competitive pricing to Arlington hospitals and primary care facilities while providing waste pickup scheduling that matches the waste your facility generates (i.e. you’re not paying for services you don’t need).

RCRA hazardous waste disposal (or black box hazardous waste collection as it is sometimes referred to) should represent less than 10% of the total waste accumulated in a typical patient-care facility, and yet often through lack of training, precaution and over-classification, this waste stream incurs a significant amount more waste than it should. And when RCRA hazardous waste is at minimum 4 times the cost of disposal of other healthcare waste streams – this is one area where education, training and correct segregation protocols do pay off! Our RCRA Hazardous waste solutions include much more than a “black container” to clearly differentiate the waste stream, we also provide training and education on correct segregation of trace vs bulk chemotherapy waste (the latter being hazardous), and non-haz vs haz pharmaceuticals and controlled substances so your staff are confident in knowing they are segregating waste safely and compliantly. For more information on our RCRA hazardous waste solutions, or to request education, review our page below.
