What is the difference between the side locks and the front lock on my sharps container?

The front locks on Daniels reusable containment systems are temporary. These are to be engaged when transporting the container from one area of the facility to another. The side locks on the container are permanent – these can only be unlocked at our processing plant. Only engage the permanent locks when the container is full and ready to be put in a transporter or soiled room.
