Reliability

On Time and in full. The scheduled day, every container, every replacement.

Pricing

Priced to what you need. No allotments, no overages.

Support

A person who answers, named account manager, two-hour response

More Than 98.5% of pickups are On Time and In Full

Measured across our business unit over the last 12 months.

Pricing

Pay for What You Need. Nothing More.

Priced to what you generate.

We size containers and set frequency to what your practice produces. No standard package with capacity you’ll never use.

No allotments. No overages.

You are never capped at a container count, then billed for exceeding it. We take what you generate. If that changes, we resize the service. You pay for what you need — not a limit somebody else set.

What you’re quoted is what you’re invoiced.

Compare the quote to the invoice — they match.

Right-sizing works both directions.

If your volume drops, tell your account manager and we reduce your service. We’d rather lower your price than lose you over capacity you stopped needing.

A dedicated account manager.

One named person who knows your facility, your containers, and your schedule. Not a ticket queue, not a different rep each time.

A response within two hours.

Every request and every complaint gets a response inside two hours — from the Kentucky service team, someone who can act on it. Not an auto-reply with a case number.

Most things finished the same day.

We resolve 84% of cases within one business day and 89% within two. If yours will take longer, we tell you up front.

A direct line to the Kentucky team — (859) 493-0051.

The people who answer service your route. An extra pickup before a busy week, a container size changed, paperwork for an inspection — one call.

Onboarding is handled, not handed off.

Containers delivered, staff walked through, documentation set up. About twenty minutes of your team’s time.

Your paperwork is current before you need it.

Service documentation stays accessible, so an inspection or audit request isn’t a scramble.

Answering and Fixing Are Not the Same Thing

Plenty of providers answer fast. We publish both numbers — response and resolution — because a fast reply that goes nowhere is not support. Ask your current provider for their resolution rate and see whether they have one.

Every Non-Acute Facility Type We Serve

Where Our Routes Already Run

If you’re in one of these counties, we already have stops near you. That’s why a two-container dental practice gets priced like a surgery center.

Regulatory

Kentucky Splits These Rules Across Four Agencies. Reliable Service Is the Control.

Kentucky has no single medical waste regulation and no single agency in charge. Requirements sit across the Energy and Environment Cabinet, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, the Labor Cabinet’s OSH Program, and the Transportation Cabinet.1

Your exposure isn’t a filing — it’s your day-to-day. Overfull sharps containers, waste held past a missed pickup, gaps in documentation. Containers on time and paperwork current is the control.

Haulers of municipal solid waste, medical waste included, must register and report annually in every county they operate in.2 We hold that registration in every county we serve.

We are fully permitted to transport and treat every category of healthcare-generated waste, end to end — collection, transport, treatment, disposal. Nothing gets brokered out to a third party we don’t control.

Already With Another Provider?

Two questions about your current service: did your last three pickups happen on the scheduled day, and did you get every container you needed?

If not, the contract is what’s keeping you there. Send it to us. Within one business day, in writing and at no cost:

No obligation. We’ll hold your quote until your notice window opens, and if staying put is the better call we’ll say so.

Our strategies to achieve this are:

  • Your contract end date
  • Your cancellation notice window and the date you have to act by
  • Every automatic renewal, escalator, and surcharge clause, in plain language
  • What your effective monthly cost actually is
